Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven insights with creative strategy to drive measurable growth, elevate brand presence, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. This role requires strong collaboration with creative, media, and analytics teams, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, content, and events.
• Translate market research and analytics into actionable insights for campaign planning and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging consistency and innovative storytelling.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior marketing and content staff.
• Optimize marketing workflows, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and implement improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing strategy or content leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of multimedia campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and ROI-based budget planning.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, AI solutions, and media planning platforms.
