What Youll Do

This role champions people and culture as core business priorities, working closely with leaders and external partners to deliver strong people practices while ensuring compliant and well-governed HR, legal, and procurement operations.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Own and oversee the company’s people-related policies and practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, regularization, performance management, employee check-ins, and offboarding.
  • Oversee HR operations and compliance, including payroll, attendance, compensation and benefits, employment documentation, HR systems, investigations, and statutory filings.
  • Manage employee and labor relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and sensitive employee issues in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, including goal-setting, reviews, calibration sessions, and performance improvement actions.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives, including company-wide activities, employee milestones, and ongoing engagement efforts.
  • Oversee learning, development, and leadership capability-building initiatives to support retention, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage workplace and corporate services, including office and facilities management, procurement, travel and expense, IT asset management, and safety compliance.
  • Provide oversight of procurement and vendor management, including sourcing, contract coordination, purchasing, and process improvements to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Strong working knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations, with experience handling investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Hands-on experience overseeing HR operations, including payroll, attendance, compensation and benefits, employment documentation, and HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on people and organizational matters.
  • Experience coordinating with external legal counsel on employment-related legal matters.
  • Strong stakeholder management, judgment, and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and people analytics to inform decision-making.
