Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and features using Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with frontend developers working with frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js to deliver seamless user experiences.
Build and integrate APIs using REST, GraphQL, Apollo, Express, or Spring Boot.
Work with AWS services including EC2, Kinesis, SQS, ElastiCache, Lambda, and S3 to support scalable and reliable systems.
Manage and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Ensure code quality, testability, and maintainability through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best practices.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized environments, and automated build systems.
Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Full Stack Engineer Should Have

Proven experience in backend development with Node.js and Ruby on Rails.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React.js).
Strong understanding of API design and frameworks (REST, GraphQL, Apollo, Express, Spring Boot).
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Kinesis, SQS, ElastiCache, Lambda, S3).
Proficiency in relational database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD systems, and build pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance.
Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
Passion for delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
