Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Content Lead to oversee the creation, strategy, and optimization of all content initiatives across multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate blends creativity with data-driven insights, using market research, analytics, and modern AI tools to ensure content aligns with business goals and drives measurable results. This role will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist, creative teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end content strategy across social media, digital campaigns, video, and other multimedia platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and storytelling across all channels.
• Use market research, competitive intelligence, and campaign analytics to guide content creation and strategy.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align content with business objectives.
• Identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities proactively to improve engagement and ROI.
• Mentor and guide junior content team members, providing constructive feedback to elevate quality.
• Develop editorial calendars, production workflows, and content planning processes.
• Leverage AI tools and modern software to automate reporting, analyze campaign performance, and optimize content strategy.

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in content creation or leadership roles, preferably in multimedia campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, multimedia content, and campaign success.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform content strategy.
• Proficiency in AI tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
