Job Description

The Senior Content Lead is responsible for leading and executing the companys content strategy across digital and multimedia platforms. This role focuses on hands-on content creation while guiding and supervising the Marketing Assistant to ensure high-quality, on-brand, and timely content delivery. Reporting directly to the COO, the Senior Content Lead plays a key role in shaping brand voice, visual storytelling, and campaign execution that supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the creation and execution of content across digital platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, and internal materials).
  • Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all multimedia outputs.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards.


Multimedia & Creative Leadership

  • Handle multimedia content creation, including graphics, short-form videos, and visual assets.
  • Review, edit, and approve content before publishing.
  • Maintain quality and creativity across all content formats.


Team Supervision & Guidance

  • Guide, supervise, and provide constructive feedback to the Marketing Assistant.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and support skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven work environment.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the COO and internal teams to align content with business priorities.
  • Provide updates on content performance, timelines, and deliverables.


Performance & Improvement

  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and content processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 4–6 years of experience in content creation, multimedia, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising content or marketing staff.
  • Strong skills in multimedia content creation (graphics, basic video, digital content).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality control standards.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
  • Experience in fast-paced or creative environments is a plus.
