Job Description

Design and implement scalable and high-performance backend solutions using Java and Springboot within a microservices environment.
Building and maintaining scalable Restful APIs.
Work with AWS services, relational and NoSQL databases, and contribute to CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure cohesion.
Onboard, guide, and mentor junior colleagues through code reviews and other best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Backend (Java) Should Have

A degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or any other related field.
A strong background in backend engineering/development with tools such as Java, Springboot, and Restful APIs.
Experience with Kotlin is a plus.
Experience with AWS and no relational databases (such as NoSQL).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
