Senior Architect For Building Project

Job Purpose

The Architect is responsible for providing architectural design, planning, and oversight for the project. They will work closely with the Design Consultants and Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Job Description

• Prepare schematic designs, architectural working drawings, and shop drawings for the project
• Assist the tender team in developing the project scheme and tender work
• Design fit-out works for the project development
• Coordinate closely with the Design Consultants and Contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Evaluate estimates and quotations from Contractors
• Review and approve progress billing statements issued by the Contractors
• Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and changes
  
  

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, cost estimation, and site supervision
• Proficient in project documentation and coordination
• Willing to be assigned to the project site
• Able to start immediately
