Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager / Finance Manager to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. This role oversees day-to-day accounting activities, manages the finance team, and maintains strong coordination with banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and capable of driving financial accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies aligned with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
• Oversee daily accounting tasks: AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial transactions.
• Prepare budgets and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency.
• Create quarterly financial reports and support year-end audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes and government contributions.
• Manage banking activities locally and internationally.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts for business planning.
• Build relationships with banks, auditors, and government agencies.
• Support financial projects and assist in daily finance-related operations.
  
  
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• CPA license is required.
• Strong computer skills; background in financial data analytics is a plus.
• Excellent in English and Tagalog communication (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, adapt, and work independently.
