What The Day Will Look Like

  • Contribute in Health Solutions growth plan and focus on delivering business results and growth
  • Provide administrative support to Growth Teams in request for proposals (RFP) delivery and onboarding of new business clients
  • Strict adherence Client Due Diligence requirements and request for proposal (RFP) process for identified new business clients
  • Coordinates and align with various teams to onboard a new business client
  • Strictly adhere with RFP project timeline to meet timely placement of various insurance lines
  • Manage data and benefits information gathering
  • Monitor RFP activity and negotiate project timeline with Broking Team, as necessary
  • Ensure proper placement of confirmed coverage and benefit provisions, liaising with Broking Team
  • Support seamless transition in the benefits and claims administration by liaising with Account Management Team and Claims Team

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 - year course) and experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.
  • Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Personable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior stakeholders.
