Securities Trading Specialist

About the Role

As a Securities Trading Specialist, you will be responsible in the execution of client and freelance equities salesmen orders through platforms such as Technistock and Flextrade/Tradex. Provides clients with timely updates based on insights and output from the Research Group. Sells, offers and facilitates transactions involving mutual funds and ETFs to meet client investment needs. Supports the Head of Sales and the broader Sales Team in daily operations and workflow management

How youll contribute

• Offer and execute Mutual Funds and ETF transaction
• Execute client orders via Technistock or Flextrade
• Support the Head of Retail Sales in handling SIRV clients
• Coordinate IPO, rights, and secondary offering participation
• Provide administrative and compliance support across equities and mutual funds
• Support the Retail Sales Head in projects aimed at improving market reach

What were looking for

• At least 1-4 years of work experience in related industry
• Must have SEC Equities Securities Salesmen
• Equities Trading background
• Mutual Funds background
• Good communication skills
• Able to execute orders with speed and accuracy
• Able to work well under pressure
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong coordination and administrative skills
