The Candidate Must Have Background On The Following

• Knowledge and experience in planning, coordination and execution of events to align with the Banks strategic goals.
• Combination of creativity, organizational expertise and marketing acumen to drive impactful events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement and achieve business objectives.
• Oversee production and execution of promotional and merchandising materials, campaigns and communication strategies in collaboration with creatives and communications team.
• Adept at creating reports and management presentations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret event/campaign performance metrics.
• Strong relationship management with internal stakeholders and other partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of program and event officers.
  
  

• Bachelors degree holder
• 8+ years of experience related to programs and event management, marketing and advertising.
• Experience in remit/OFW industry is a plus.
