Sample Registration Officer

Responsibilities

• Receives samples and register the samples and their tests though the LIMS (Labware) in a timely manner
• Ensures that samples submitted by the customer are within the required quantity, packaging, prescribed holding time and temperature to maintain sample integrity
• Accomplish applicable fields on the sample submission form
• Attach labels to samples and timely endorse samples to the Laboratory
• Process sending out samples subcontracted to local and other MNAQ Laboratories.
• Engage in customer’s inquiries/follow ups/complaints received through walk -in call, text or email.
• Ensure the confidentiality agreement form is signed by external parties upon entry to Laboratory premises.
• Maintain and keep routine records
• Amendment of COA with changes in client and sample details only (non-technical amendments)
  
  

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and or General Manager.
  
  

• Encode sample details and tests in Labware
