Primary Job Responsibility

The Sales Training Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering high-impact sales training programs for inhouse sales employees and intermediary partners and corporate orientations for all types of clients. This role focuses on equipping sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, adult learning principles, and instructional design, with the ability to translate business needs into effective training solutions.

Job Description

  • Training Delivery: Lead the delivery of engaging and interactive training sessions through various platforms, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules. Ensure training is consistent, impactful, and aligned with business objectives. (for Inhouse Sales, Intermediary Partners & Clients/Members including HR Partners)
  • Sales Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales teams to reinforce learning and help individuals apply training in real-world scenarios. Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support skill development.
  • Training Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs by assessing participants performance and gathering feedback. Analyze training results to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and overall training impact.
  • Sales Onboarding: Oversees the development and delivery of onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure they are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed from day one.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and HR teams to ensure training aligns with product launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training delivery and sales team performance. Present regular reports to senior management and recommend actionable improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities done at IRREGULAR or INTERMITTENT Intervals

  • Deploy different kinds of learning methods company wide٫ such as coaching٫ job-shadowing٫ online training and so on
  • Review performance and provide feedback, coaching and mentoring of staff as needed.
  • Implement a wide variety of training methods and provide opportunities for ongoing development
  • Review training program’s effectiveness٫ success and ROI periodically and report on the results

Skills

  • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

MINIMUM educational level and background required by this POSITION: College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course

  • EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

PERIOD OF TIME OR LENGTH of related experience the CANDIDATE must acquire before being assigned to and perform the functions of this job SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL supervision: 5 years - Less than 8 years

  • SKILLS REQUIREMENT – TECHNICAL (For Tech and Business Support, Supervisory and Professional)

Seasoned or highly technical: involves MASTERY of theories, trainings, and practices gained through education, seminars, mentoring, and other special development interventions
