Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Training Assistant Manager, you will be primarily responsible for an end-to-end view of training. Primary functions include pre, during and post conduct of training programs for distributors. You will conduct, monitor, review, and update training programs to ensure that materials are constantly relevant in the improvement of the skills and knowledge of distributors.
You will create training curriculum and programs. Coordinates and directly collaborates with stakeholders and ensures execution of tasks are seamless. You will also take on other project based opportunities aligned to key metrics.
You need to properly manage training databases and create training reports and make analysis on how training affects business and comes up with possible projects to help improve existing processes and programs.
