Job Description

Responsible for promoting and selling Brilas products and solutions by providing technical support, product knowledge, and excellent customer service. This position bridges the gap between clients technical needs and Brilas product offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Brila products or solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide after-sales support, including product installation guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and marketing events as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Atleast 1-3 years experience in sales
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn product applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to travel and work in the field as needed.
  • Can drive a car/with license
  • Schedule : Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30
