What’s the role?

Reporting into the Mid-Market Sales Manager, the role is responsible for providing operational support across a high volume of mid-market segment opportunities. The Sales Support Representative is primarily focused on the set up of opportunities and tenders in the sales pricing system and associated records in the CRM (Salesforce), demonstrating outstanding and consistent quality, accuracy, efficiency and productivity.

What Youll Do

  • Responsible for the accurate, timely set-up and associated data quality of a high volume of mid-market segment opportunities within the pricing tool and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Management of the administrative process for lead and tender-to-quote processes on behalf of Sales Account Managers / Business Development Managers.
  • Pricing support on behalf of Sales Account Managers / Business Development Managers as required, communicating with colleagues to understand pricing requirements.
  • Handling of sales queries via the general sales telephone line.
  • Maintaining high productivity in line with KPIs.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks at the request of the Mid-Market Sales Manager and/or Head of Mid-Market Sales.

What we need from you?

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively as a team player. They must exhibit exceptional organisational skills, maintaining high productivity and accuracy even when working at a fast pace and managing competing priorities during peak demand periods. Additionally, the candidate should have strong attention to detail and intermediate or higher analytical skills, particularly in Excel. Experience in Sales and Pricing Support is highly desirable, and familiarity with Sales Cloud (Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
  • High productivity and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Sales and Pricing experience is desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Additional languages in any of the following: Dutch, German, Italian or Spanish, is also a plus but not necessary.

Role Development

There is opportunity to grow in the role, in terms of taking on new responsibilities as well as progressing into management positions as the team grows in Manila SBO. There is also potential to support other B2B Energy Retail markets across the globe, as our business grows, hence why additional languages are valued.
