Responsibility

• 100% ON SITE!
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience in the region
• Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital
• Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction
• Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles
  
  

• Bachelors degree holder
• 3+ years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on and a positive attitude
