Overview

The Sales Operations Associate supports the day-to-day efficiency and accuracy of the sales organization. This role focuses on maintaining commission processes, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce, prospect research and assisting with reporting and operational tasks that enables the sales team to operate effectively.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations, the Associate helps execute commission workflows, maintain clean and reliable data, and support cross-functional coordination. Through strong attention to detail and process discipline.

What You’ll Do

  • Commission Administration: Provide monthly commission calculations, resolve commission-related inquiries, and payout tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Support the sales team in generating recurring reports and administrative tasks as required by the business or specific projects. Ensure reports are delivered on time and documentation is well organized.
  • Data Enrichment and Prospect Research: Gather and organize company and contact information based on defined criteria to support outbound and strategic initiatives.
  • CRM & Data Management: Clean, maintain, and validate Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Strategic Projects: Support in initiatives that optimize sales workflows, sales pipeline, and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with any CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytical tools.
  • Previous experience in a Sales or Sales Operations role.
  • Experience creating reports or dashboards using data visualization tools
