We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow and manage client relationships across key global markets, including APAC, EMEA, and Africa.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving revenue growth and supporting market expansion.
What You'll Do
Drive B2B sales by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new merchants, partners, and enterprise clients within the fintech and cross-border payments industry, including high-risk sectors such as cryptocurrency, forex, gaming, adults, and other industries.
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, payment partners, financial institutions, and key decision-makers.
Generate qualified sales opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, industry events, and market research.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation, onboarding, and account growth.
Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Develop and execute account growth strategies through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify market opportunities and strengthen the company's competitive position.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer records using CRM tools.
Represent the company at client meetings, fintech and payments conferences, trade shows, and networking events, including travel as required.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Experience in the fintech, payments, or cross-border payments industry is required.
Experience working with high-risk merchants or regulated industries (e.g., cryptocurrency, forex, gaming/iGaming, or similar) is highly preferred.
Proven track record of acquiring new business, growing client accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
