What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and engage target customers to generate new business.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales data to support forecasting and marketing insights.
- Use data-driven decision-making to ensure compliance with pricing and service agreements.
- Resolve customer issues and partner with teams to improve customer experience and NPS.
- Participate in product trainings, marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Uphold company standards and compliance across all processes.
About You
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- Over 3 years’ experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development and proven track record in industrial field sales, preferably in Industry / MRO / Electronics. .
- Strong negotiator and communicator; builds effective relationships.
- Results‑driven with solid financial, analytical, and time‑management skills.
- Skilled in procurement understanding, value selling, and meeting KPIs.
- Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools.
