Job Description

  • Coordinate and support the daily operations of the sales team.
  • Prepare and process sales orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and order status.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Communicate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Track inventory levels.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, with at least 13 years preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
