Sales Associate

Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for securing new individual tenants and developing corporate clients for long-term condo rentals. The role combines direct leasing activities with B2B salesâhandling prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and account management to maximize occupancy and tenant retention.

CloudConsoles client is a property management and leasing company based in Malate, Manila. The company specializes in long-term condominium rentals, providing quality living spaces for both individual tenants and corporate partners. With a focus on responsive service, well-maintained units, and strong client relationships, Alta Vitas aims to deliver reliable housing solutions for seafarers, professionals, and partner organizations in the maritime and recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Individual Leasing

  • Source and qualify tenants through online leads, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct unit viewings (onsite/virtual) and guide applicants through the leasing process.
  • Screen applicants and coordinate background/reference checks.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements; handle move-ins and tenant onboarding.

Corporate Sales / B2B

  • Identify and pursue corporate clients (maritime, recruitment, relocation companies, etc.).
  • Conduct sales pitches and negotiate corporate housing agreements.
  • Manage corporate accounts and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.

Retention & Operations

  • Implement renewal and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and participate in events or lead-generation activities.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
  • Work closely with property management, maintenance, and finance teams for operational requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend pricing and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all leasing policies and documentation.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, Real Estate, or any related field.

Work Experience

  • 2 - 5 years experience in sales or business development (real estate, corporate housing, property management, hospitality, maritime, or recruitment sectors preferred).
  • Open for Fresh Graduates with Sales OJT experience.

General Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outreach, networking, and building new partnerships.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Willing to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends).
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for site visits (preferred).

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiar with property management software (advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of tenant screening, leasing, and property management processes.
