Role Purpose

The Sales Activation Associate is responsible for executing sales activation strategies, supporting showroom operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams, site staff, and marketing initiatives. This role bridges administrative functions and sales activation efforts to drive lead conversion, showroom readiness, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities (Sales Activation)

  • Execute sales activation plans aligned with company sales and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support campaigns, promotions, and project launches
  • Track sales performance data and prepare regular sales activation reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, walk-ins, bookings, and site performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales processes
  • Support preparation and documentation for sales launches, events, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and external partners for activation initiatives
  • Support execution of sales events such as open houses, project launches, roadshows, and site activities
  • Assist in ensuring showroom readiness and operational efficiency during activation periods

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in sales support, activation, or operations
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, sales tracking and CRM systems, and digital design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other content creation applications
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience creating marketing materials, presentations, and visual content is an advantage
