What you will be doing;

• Build dashboards and reports that give sales leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance trends
• Analyze sales data to uncover bottlenecks, identify opportunities, and recommend process improvements that actually get implemented
• Support territory planning, account segmentation, and ad-hoc analyses that help sellers focus on high-value opportunities
• Maintain CRM data integrity and automate reporting workflows—eliminating manual work and improving decision speed
• Partner with marketing and finance to optimize the full revenue lifecycle from lead generation through closed-won
• Present insights to sales leadership with clarity and conviction—your analysis will shape strategy
  
  

What you’ll bring;

• 2-4 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business intelligence
• Expert-level HubSpot (including custom reports and dashboards) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience with Gong and BI tools (Power BI preferred); quick to master new platforms
• Analytical mindset: you see patterns in data and know how to make them matter
• Meticulous about data quality with a bias toward automation
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity
• Exceptional English communication—both written and verbal

8am to 5pm AEST (5am or 6am PH to 2pm or 3pm PH), Mon to Fri
