Job Description

The Revenue Assurance and Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue processes including billing, audit, accounts receivable, and credit & collections. This role ensures accurate billing, payment reconciliation, and effective credit management. The Manager leads a cross-functional team responsible for auditing retail transactions, issuing invoices based on approved triggers, reconciling collections, and ensuring timely follow-up of receivables. The position ensures adherence to internal controls and collaborates with Sales, Service, and Operations to safeguard company revenues.

Education: Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

(CPA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5 years in billing, audit, AR, or collections.
