How You Will Make An Impact

You will belong in an organization with over 140 years of heritage as a European cooperative, being a strong team player requires a mindset where you can work across all business units and navigate in a matrix organization.

• You oversee intake, validation, and tracking of all returns including customer returns, damages, rejected and near-expiry stocks.
• You coordinate pickups, transfers, inspections, and final disposition of returned goods with internal teams and external partners, ensuring proper handling, segregation, and timely completion.
• You assist in stock replenishment and transfers across warehouses and depots, ensuring timely execution, accurate documentation, and proactive identification of stock risks or discrepancies.
• You prepare reports on returns, replenishment, and inventory issues; ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements; and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

The Returns & Replenishment Analyst will be part of the Supply Chain team and will report directly to the Contract Logistics Manager.

What Will Make You Successful

• You have at least 3 years of experience in logistics – inbound & outbound, preferably with an FMCG background
• You have experience with warehouse management systems, preferably in Oracle NetSuite and strong MS Excel skills
• You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership
• You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
