Job Summary

The Reservations and Ticketing Manager is responsible for overseeing airline reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, and travel coordination while ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. The role also involves managing travel consultants and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of airline tickets and travel itineraries
  • Manage complex and executive travel bookings
  • Supervise travel consultants and operations personnel
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners regarding schedules, fares, and travel concerns
  • Handle escalations, cancellations, and client concerns efficiently
  • Monitor operational productivity and service quality standards
  • Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related course
  • Strong background in reservations and airline ticketing operations
  • Experience using Amadeus, Sabre, or related booking platforms
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience handling corporate travel accounts is an advantage
