The Role:

As part of our commitment to data excellence, we are reinforcing our reporting foundation with a highly analytical, Excel-driven Reporting & Data Operations Executive. This role is designed for someone who thrives in spreadsheets, enjoys structuring and migrating data, and takes pride in building clean, scalable reporting systems. You’ll oversee large volumes of campaign data, maintain and regulate dashboards, and ensure reporting accuracy across markets.

While familiarity with social or paid media is a plus, advanced Excel proficiency and a sharp analytical mindset are the core of this function.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Infrastructure

• Own and maintain centralized reporting dashboards across campaigns and markets.
• Manage large-scale data migration, consolidation, and clean-up processes.
• Standardize datasets across multiple markets and campaign streams.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper version control across reporting systems.
• Develop scalable reporting templates to support both ongoing and future campaigns.

Dashboard Development

• Build and optimize Excel dashboards using advanced formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Utilize pivot tables, data validation, and automation techniques to streamline reporting.
• Leverage Power Query (preferred) to improve data transformation and efficiency.
• Improve reporting workflows to reduce manual processes and increase reliability.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with Campaign Managers to consolidate reporting inputs across campaigns.
• Support the Insights team by providing clean, structured datasets for analysis.
• Collaborate with the Insights Executive to ensure reporting outputs are clear, usable, and scalable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience working with large datasets and high-volume reporting environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to improve reporting systems and workflows.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple reporting requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with Power Query or other Excel-based automation tools.
• Exposure to social media, influencer, or paid media marketing environments.
• Experience supporting campaign reporting or performance tracking across digital channels.
