Required Qualifications

Previous Experience: Minimum of 35 years in a Bancassurance or Relationship Management (RM) role within a reputable bank.
Leadership Track Record: Proven experience in sales and consistently hitting high-tier individual targets with a desire to transition into full-time management.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
