About The Role

This is a 360° recruitment role — you will manage the full process from business development to candidate placement, with heavy client-facing responsibilities.

You Will

  • Engage confidently with clients and candidates at all levels
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Source, assess, and place top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Apply critical thinking to solve client and candidate challenges
  • Take full ownership of your desk, revenue, and results

What You Will Do

360° Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates
  • Advise candidates on career opportunities and market trends
  • Present candidates to clients and manage the interview and placement process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Take full accountability for your candidate pool and results

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Confidently lead client meetings and presentations
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities
  • Understand client business, culture, and hiring needs
  • Deliver talent solutions in a sales-driven, consultative manner
  • Apply critical thinking to create innovative talent solutions
  • Negotiate fees and placements directly
  • Hit and exceed individual revenue and placement targets
