You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead contract administration, including execution of contracts, warranties, bonds and statutory documentation.
• Manage and develop high-performing cost management teams, driving delivery excellence, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Oversee valuations, cost control and monthly post-contract reporting, providing clear client-focused insights.
• Manage cost impacts arising from design changes, procurement decisions, construction activities and commercial risks.
• Direct assessment of claims, certifications, practical completion and final account close-out processes.
• Champion best practice, digital transformation and net zero carbon objectives, enhancing project outcomes and stakeholder value.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent professional qualification.
• MRICS/RICS qualified or working towards professional accreditation.
• Strong commercial management expertise, including contracts, risk, change control and cost optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with knowledge of sustainability, social value and carbon reduction.
