Job Description

• Negotiates with suppliers and ensures items are ordered and approved within the specified cut-off.
• Coordinates with the requestor’s correct product specifications to ensure orders are correct and follow-up deliveries from suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of orders.
• Continuous product sourcing to find alternative items and supplier development to obtain several sources.
  
  

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, Supply chain or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and understanding of purchasing principles and procedures.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and procurement platforms.
