Job Description

Century Properties Group Inc. is seeking a results-driven Property Consultant from the South Area to promote its estate projects across Metro Manila and key North and South locations. The role focuses on lead generation, client relationship building, and converting opportunities into property sales within a competitive market.

  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field (Real Estate Management preferred)
  • Experience in real estate sales or property management
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in listing platforms and CRM tools
  • Engage with clients to assess needs, present suitable property options, manage booth manning, and coordinate site visits and viewings
  • Support negotiations and ensure timely and accurate completion of contracts, documentation, and related transaction requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks to drive repeat business and generate new sales opportunities
  • Consistently meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team quotas
  • Deliver responsive after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
  • Market properties through online listings, social media platforms, and other approved promotional and lead-generation channels
