Job Description
Support portfolio and project governance, ensuring adherence to PM standards and lifecycle
Track and control budget, actuals, forecasts (FC/ETC/EAC) and resource usage
Prepare and maintain project and portfolio reporting (e.g. RTG, QBR, dashboards)
Identify and highlight risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery variances
Coordinate with Finance on cost allocation, capitalization, and financial accuracy
Support Project Managers with planning, execution, and governance topics
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and ways of working
Work closely with Project Managers, Finance, and senior stakeholders
Proactively align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and delivery status
Operate with transparency, accountability, and execution focus
Qualifications
Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project controlling role
Strong exposure to project financials, forecasting, and reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a complex, multistakeholder environment
It would be a real bonus if you have
Experience in the banking and financial services environment
User knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Experience with SAP
PMP or Prince 2 certificates
ITL certificates
