Overview

Lead and execute inside and outside sales activities for residential condominium units to maximize occupancy, revenue, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

  • Manage incoming leads via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Qualify prospects, schedule viewings, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for unit availability, pricing updates, and documentation.

Outside Sales

  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits for prospective buyers or tenants.
  • evelop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and referral partners.
  • Attend networking events and engage with potential clients in the market.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to adjust pricing and promotions.

Reporting & Performance

  • Track sales and leasing performance, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on pipeline, market trends, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in residential condo sales or leasing, with both inside and outside sales exposure.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of broker networks, CRM systems, and lead management processes.
  • Organized, target-driven, and customer-focused with strong follow-through.
