Role Responsibilities

• The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the timely delivery of quality products and services at optimum cost from the right sources and
• Ensure the conformity of all purchasing transactions with the policies and set standards as mandated in all applicable documented procedures.
• To come-up with a systematic process of planning and buying inventory or stock items.
• Guarantees no equipment shutdown caused by non-availability or delayed deliveries.
• Performing complex purchasing duties, including overseeing administration of all maintenance, service and other yearly agreements
• Provides lead work direction to staff in the absence of the Procurement Supervisor
  
  

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/ Accounting/Commerce (Non technical Requirements)
• Preferably licensed for engineering graduates
• One (1) Vacancy available in Makati or Benguet.
