What You'll Be Doing

As a Procurement Specialist at Avon, you will lead sourcing activities across specialty chemical materials used in cosmetics, personal care, and fragrances throughout the Asia Pacific region. You will drive value by identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving sourcing processes, and strengthening supplier performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help manage supply risks, ensure supplier compliance, and build strong partnerships that support quality, innovation, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, from supplier selection through to contract negotiation
• Managing supplier relationships, including performance tracking and continuous improvement
• Supporting sourcing operations by optimizing costs, pricing, and supply timelines
• Collaborating on initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance supply continuity
• Ensuring supplier compliance with company standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience in FMCG or a manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and project management skills
• Experience delivering measurable cost savings and operational improvements
• Familiarity with specialty chemicals, leaping bunny, REACH or regulatory frameworks is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural teams
• Good financial understanding and comfort working with data and systems
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
