Review proposals
Source for reliable / credible suppliers
Review of international proposals, negotiate cost and monitor production orders
Oversee and handler finishing products
College Degree preferably in the field of Business Administration, Accounting, Interior Design, Construction Management or any engineering course
At least 1-2 years of experience in Procurement
Communication: Must be good in Communication (Written and Verbal), with pleasing personality and flexible in terms of dealing with people
Negotiation: Must know strategy how to negotiate, not just cost, but in terms of payment, warranty, etc.
Resourcefulness: Can work and deliver job under pressure
Willing to travel and assign at Makati
