Job Description

Lead and manage process engineering projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of workflows and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Oversee compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
Ensure the effective utilization of resources to meet project goals and timelines.

The Successful Applicant

A strong educational background in engineering or a related field.
Lean six Sigma Certification is required
At least 5 years of proven expertise in process optimization and project management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
