As a Continuous Improvement & Optimisation Principal, you will lead the design and delivery of impactful initiatives that enhance and evolve the technology landscape supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Team. Key Accountabilities:


What you’ll do:

  • Ensure TA technology is fit for purpose supporting operational delivery for the Global Talent Acquisition Team
  • Stay ahead of market trends to identify and recommend new technology tools and reporting enhancements for the Global Talent Acquisition Team
  • Lead technology audits and drive automation, optimisation, and reduction of technical debt across TA systems and tools
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities, act as a trusted advisor, and drive adoption of technology-focused continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leverage data and performance insights to identify opportunities and deliver targeted improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across TA operations


Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Demonstrated passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on recruitment technology and operational efficiency
  • Experience in creating and enhancing tools or systems, with a focus on optimizing technology platforms and processes
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities to improve workflows, maximize system utilization, and enhance overall user experience
