Job Summary

Determine / set selling prices of the Bank’s acquired assets, taking into consideration marketability, competition and Bank’s costs. Likewise, maintain pricing database. Management of Pricing Database, which is consolidated into the ROPA Database.

Key Responsibilities

• Announcement of newly-priced, re-priced, re-open and sold assets to the group thru email based on Excom Approval, email notice from SDCD and ROPA movement.
• Preparation of Recommended Selling Price of AFS Properties.
• Database Management.
• Monitor and prepare list of properties due for pricing.
• Endorsement of properties with issues on possession, annotations, documentary deficiencies to Remedial Unit and for recommendation for re-classification to NAFS
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree holder
• Experience working in real estate related companies
• With at least 3 years of related work experience
