Presales Engineer IoT

We are looking for an Presales Engineer (IoT) to act as a trusted technology advisor to our customers. You will help translate business challenges into scalable IoT solutions while driving successful adoption of Cartrack’s products.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on Cartrack’s IoT solutions and their application across various industries.
• Translate customer business needs into clear technical requirement documents.
• Develop and present ROI assessments, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
• Plan and deliver solution implementations, including tailored demo and POC scripts.
• Ensure successful customer onboarding, integrations, and long-term solution adoption.
• Build strong client relationships and support business growth through expansions and up-sell opportunities.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer insights and support solution innovation.
• Build strong industry knowledge in IoT-based operational management and system integrations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM field from a Tier 1 university.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or software implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology.
• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, and modern technologies (IoT, AI, Cloud).
• Customer-focused, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
