with 6months BPO experience or equivalent customer service in different fields
can accept no work experience but highly preferred with CCE

salary package: 21K

Helped resolve mobile and internet service issues.
Processed account updates, upgrades, and cancellations.
Handled customer complaints in a professional manner.
Explained products, services, and promotions.
Recorded customer interactions accurately.
Worked with other teams to resolve customer issues.
Provided excellent customer service and met performance goals.
