We are currently looking for a Project Lead to join the Project Management Services (PMS) Team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years hands-on project management experience leading medium-to-large scale projects and programs / project portfolio management (PMO)
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies (certification / industry qualifications i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, LEAN / Six Sigma, BPM – Business Process Management, Agile)
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-team responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational abilities, clear and transparent communication, and demonstrated reliability.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with ease in working with data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent leadership skills, flexibility / adaptability, and capability to initiate and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders on different seniority levels; including the ability to engage, listen, coach, challenge, and influence across various management levels within PMI.
• A self-starter who is comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized; independent and proactive.
  
  

• Emphasize robust and accurate reporting for all Global Consumer Projects in alignment with EU Region MWBS, ensuring comprehensive documentation and timely submission of initiative statuses, outcomes, and key metrics using the Europe Hub Trackers.
• Take ownership of collating and overseeing detailed reports on the Regional Deployment of Consumer Programs, Product Launches, Campaigns, and BAU activities, with a strong focus on verifying that all deliverables are transparently tracked and results are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
• Regularly provide in-depth feedback to the Global team, grounded in regional performance data and adoption rates, to inform future enhancements and developments.
• Collaborate closely with OC Development & Deployment functions, the regional team, the Market Success team, and Internal Service providers such as DI&A to gather critical insights, validate data accuracy, and ensure consistent, high-quality reporting across all initiatives.
• Robust experience in activation and coordination of Omnichannel activations
• Demonstrable knowledge of Marketing with a strong understanding of Campaign, Portfolio & CX deployment
• Experience in measuring programs, campaigns & product launches effectiveness using data-driven metrics
• Owner of the Activation tracker that captures Deployment progress of EU Priorities
• In collaboration with the Head of Market Success, build the Reporting Deployment Approach and Orchestrate all reporting deployment elements needed to ensure on time in full launch of Portfolio, CX & Campaign reporting initiatives
• At deployment stage, and with the support of the Head of Market Success: - Consolidate gaps & needs across Europe region - Align with DSPOCS, Region & TB Entrepreneur for Gap closing - Act as SPOC for DSPOC, Region & TB Entrepreneur to solve bottom-up bottlenecks & constraints appearing throughout execution - Give consolidated view of Markets plans & Deployment progress
• Build and Drive EU Regional Reporting & Insights for key initiatives across Portfolio, CX & Campaigns
• Provide internal timelines and follow up on deadlines of reporting input to be completed by Delivery team. Perform quality checks and propose solutions as to how to improve feedback collection.
