Role Overview

Globalco seeks a Personal Assistant for its Makati office. The role requires organization, judgment, and discretion. The selected candidate supports executives through rigorous scheduling, documentation, and logistical coordination during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate time-sensitive appointments.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and maintain secure records.
  • Draft and proofread reports, memos, and presentations with precision.
  • Monitor email communications and ensure timely follow-up actions.
  • Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain task lists and oversee project deadlines for executive review.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners as directed.
  • Prepare expense reports and assist in light administrative accounting.
  • Uphold professionalism in all communications across channels.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve operational constraints.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Mastery of MS Office Suite and digital communication platforms (Teams, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational discipline.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances.
  • Availability to work onsite in Makati during the stated night-shift hours.
