What youll be doing:

As a People Partner for our Commercial functions in the Philippines, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our people strategies support business success. This is a managerial position, with strategic influence across the organization. You’ll work closely with leaders across sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will be supporting Avon Philippines – one of the biggest and most dynamic markets of Avon International.

From advising on organizational design to supporting leadership development, you’ll be a trusted partner helping to build a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Aligning people strategies with commercial business goals

Leading talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives

Supporting recruitment efforts to attract top commercial talents

Driving performance management and leadership development programs

Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with policies and laws

Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless support

Lead HR support for transformation programs including organizational redesign, workforce planning, and capability building.

Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high employee engagement

What were looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years supporting commercial or sales teams as HR Business/ People Partner

Strong understanding of commercial operations and business acumen

Demonstrated experience in supporting business transformation or operating model shifts.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

Resilient, agile, and comfortable navigating change

Passionate about people and driving business growth
