Job Description

Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.

Assist in year-end reporting and tax preparation.
Maintain payroll records and documentation securely.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll or accounting.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in timekeeping systems and payroll software, strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to handle confidential information.
