Job Description

  • Review and validate international payroll processing.
  • Oversee preparation and distribution of salary statements.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and monitor social charges and contributions.
  • Support payroll corrections and special payroll cases.
  • Validate payroll-related journal entries across various categories.
  • Manage statutory and social insurance-related processes.
  • Supervise preparation and validation of employment contracts, amendments, and letters.
  • Maintain proper filing of HR documents and records.
  • Update and validate information in HR platforms and systems.
  • Create, maintain, and review HR reports such as staff lists, logs, and statistics.
  • Provide administrative support for on/offboarding and travel management.
  • Review HR documentation required for audits and compliance checks.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and urgent operational tasks.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll audit procedures.
  • Strong proficiency with accounting tools and systems.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards in HR processes is preferred.
