We are looking for a Payments Operations Center Analyst (POC Analyst) to join our company.

This position will work on a schedule Friday to Tuesday, from 23:00 to 08:00 (Manila time).

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitoring and overseeing payment flows in real-time, ensuring transaction stability and efficiency. Its main focus includes:
• Continuous monitoring of payment success rates.
• Early detection and alerting of failures or anomalies.
• Trend analysis to improve system stability.
• Coordination with technical and business teams for rapid incident resolution.
• The POC serves as the central hub to ensure payments are fast, secure, and efficient, minimizing disruptions and optimizing user experience.
• Requirements:
• 2+ proven experience in Operations area or similar.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
• Proactive and hands-on — you take initiative and like to get things done.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.
