What The Day Will Look Like

  • Client Account Management
    • Monitor outstanding receivables for assigned portfolios and proactively contact clients regarding overdue payments.
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, account managers, insurers and internal stakeholders.
    • Conduct regularly debtor meetings with account management team to review outstanding receivables
  • Collections and Reconciliation Process Execution
    • Initiate and follow up on collection calls, emails, and letters to ensure timely payment of invoices.
    • Support the reconciliation of payments for both Aon billed and carried billed invoices
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
    • Prepare periodic reports detailing collection status, aging analysis, and identify high-risk accounts.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Investigate and resolve client queries and disputes related to payments, or account status in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with sales, finance, and client services teams to resolve issues
  • Risk Management & Compliance
    • Identify and escalate accounts at risk of non-payment; recommend actions for recovery
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant internal controls, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Process Improvement
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for collections efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Share best practices and support training of new team members as required.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience supporting Singapore-based insurance or health solutions businesses.
  • Knowledge of Singapore commercial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to handle sensitive client relationships.
